About this product This G80 grade lashing chain is designed for secure load securing and transport applications. Thanks to its high tensile strength, it is ideal for securing heavy goods on trailers, trucks, or other transport vehicles. The robust construction ensures reliable performance in demanding applications and offers a stable solution for various transport and securing tasks. The sturdy chain structure allows for the secure fastening of loads during transport. The high load-bearing capacity ensures reliable use with heavy loads. Depending on the model, the sa fe working load is up to 7100 lbs (3.22 tons). Variants with a smaller chain diameter offer a sa fe working load of 4900 lbs (2.22 tons). The 4:1 sa fety factor means that the maximum breaking load is many times the recommended working load, ensuring sa fe use within the intended load range. The lashing chain meets relevant transport requirements and features clearly marked elements for easy identification. The robust construction withstands high loads and is suitable for regular use in the transport sector. When used correctly within the specified load limits, the chain provides a reliable solution for securing loads. Made of high-quality steel, the lashing chain offers high stability and wear resistance. The galvanized surface provides additional protection against corrosion and extends the chain's service life, even under demanding operating conditions. The sturdy hooks ensure a secure connection and facilitate the fastening and unfastening of loads. This transport chain is suitable for numerous applications, such as load securing on transport vehicles, use on construction sites, work in ports, or logistics areas. It can be used to secure machinery, building materials, or other heavy goods and represents a reliable solution for professional transport tasks. Key Differences The variants differ primarily in chain diameter, length, and the number of chains included. The variant with a 10 mm diameter and 3 m length offers a sa fe load capacity of 3.22 tons and is particularly suitable for securing heavy loads. The 8 mm diameter, 4.2 m long model offers a load capacity of 2.22 tons and is suitable for medium-sized transport tasks with a longer reach. Some versions include a single lashing chain, while others include two chains in the set, making them suitable for more extensive load securing. All models are made of G80 steel, have a galvanized finish for corrosion protection, and feature sturdy hooks for secure attachment. ``` Specifications Item Model Number: 10 mm x 3 m Chain Quantity: 1 piece Chain Length: 316 cm Chain Diameter: 3/8 inch / 10 mm Sa fe Lifting Capacity: 7100 lbs / 3.22 tons Product Weight: 7.3 kg Item Model Number: 8 mm x 4.2 m Chain Quantity: 1 piece Chain Length: 433 cm Chain Diameter: 5/16 inch / 8 mm Sa fe Lifting Capacity: 4900 lbs / 2.22 tons Product Weight: 6.3 kg Item Model Number: 10mmX3m-2 Chain Quantity: 2 pieces Length of each chain: 316 cm Chain Diameter: 3/8 inch / 10 mm Sa fe Lifting Capacity: 7100 lbs / 3.22 tons Product Weight: 14.8 kg Item Model Number: 8mm x 3m - 2 Chain Quantity: 2 pieces Length of each chain: 316 cm Chain Diameter: 5/16 inch / 8 mm Sa fe Load Capacity: 4900 lbs / 2.22 tons Product Weight: 9.6 kg Package Contents 1 x Binder Chain or 2 x Binder Chains
